Almost a week

Jamie loves his little sister and asks to hold her several times a day. Today was Brionney's first check-up with her pediatrician. She is as healthy as can be. The Doctor kept looking back and forth betweeen Brionney and Jamie and just couldn't believe they were siblings- they are nothing alike. Jamie was tiny and petite. Brionney is bigger, but average. Jamie only once rose above the 12% for his weight and height- he hit 20%. It didn't last long as the next month he was once again below 12%. Brionney is at 54% for her 7 lb, 14 oz little body and 64% for her 20 inch length. She is definitely bigger but healthy.

She may be bigger than Jamie was, but she is still so tiny. And cute as can be.

Yesterday we had some visitors- Grandma and Grandpa Christensen, Uncle Matt, and Jamie. Jamie loved kissing on his sister. He was SO excited to show her off.

But he refused to hold her because he had a band-aid on his hand.

No baby

Brionney was due to arrive yesterday, but I guess she got a bit shy. I am having lots of contractions but unfortuneately they are not consistent in the least. Though I am glad to say that the ones I do get are getting stronger, longer, and more intense as the days go by. Doc says everything is fine but he will induce me Tuesday if I can't get her here myself by then.
So I am asking for any advice you have to give. I do not want to have to be induced for it increases my chances of having to have a c-section. Currently I am:
- walking a mile everyday
-eating spicy foods as often as I can
(crushed red pepper goes well with just about everything)
-Tina mentioned pressure points of feet that will possible induce labor, I will be looking that up tonight.
-I refuse to use castor oil.

Anything else?
