Tell A Story Day

Okay, it's April 27, 2009. It's also Tell A Story Day!!!
So here is my story...
I awoke early this morning to tell my husband goodbye and send him off to Vegas to work for the next week. After serving waffles and ice cream, I gave him a kiss and sent him off.
After tossing and turning for two hours I received a very exciting phone call. Wrong number, he wanted Domino's pizza. Kidding! It was Matthew calling from the Salt Lake Airport, he thought he was funny with his pizza joke and thought I was pretty rude not to play along with it. He was on his way to Pennsylvania were he will spent the next two years on his LDS mission.
After sadly saying goodbye to my baby brother, I quickly called my husband to share with him my excitement at having talked to Elder Matt. I quickly dressed and made myself a second breakfast for the day of rice and eggs. I was off to work shortly there after.
I was reading a very good book, when once again, I got a really awesome phone call. Matt again!!! He needed Tina's cell number, because she was apparently not at home. He wanted to say goodbye and wish her well. Soon after I received another phone call. It was Mom telling me Tina wasn't at home because she was at her appointment receiving the wonderful news that her time was up. Her baby was ready to make his entrance into this world. YEAH!!!
And then it hit me... I am just as pregnant as she is. WHY do I have to do this for three more weeks!?!
But now all is well. I am SOOO not ready for my baby to come. I realized once he comes out, he will NEVER go away, not even for a few minutes. So I will gladly endure the three weeks with a smile on my face. All will be well, once he's ready I will be as well.
So moral of my story, do NOT be envious of those that are having their babies. Your turn will not only come soon enough, but you don't have to go through labor (yet)! YEAH!!!
GOOD LUCK TINA!!! Be strong, be brave. We love you lots!

Ta Da!!!

Ok, so I have finally been convinced to start a blog. So here we go...
Jason and I have been married now for 21 months. Things are still going very well. We've been in our home for eight months and we love it. We teach the CTR 5 class in primary, and though it is not our dream calling, it is not so bad. It is definitely prepping us for children of our own.
We are expecting our first child the end of May. He name is Jamie Jason. With the help of his Grandpa and Dad, his room will be finished this weekend so I can go in and finish decorating. We are down to five weeks, YEAH!!!
