The family awoke to pink scrambled eggs, blueberry muffins, oatmeal with pink milk, and strawberry milk. The table was covered with a red cloth covered with hearts and conversation hearts. The kids were the most excited for those.
Last year at this time we were anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby B.
This year are looking forward to her birthday.
Saturday, we had a family party for Brionney. Tina made this super awesome cake.
This is Brionney's cake she gets to eat all by herself.
Her birthday oufit is a homemade tutu and matching head band. Adorable. Love it!!!
She had a hard time getting started opening her presents but she got the hang of it.
She didn't do much damage to her cake but lots of the frosting was missing by the time she was done.
On her actual birthday we had a few gifts and brownies with a candle. Jamie and I have been practicing with her to teach her to blow her candle but in the end Mommy had to do it.
She LOVED her brownie!
After the sun went down, we had a campfire and roasted marshmallows for smores.
Yummy Yummy!
Brionney just ate the marshmallows.
Jamie and Elena loved to light their marshmallows on fire. Whatever works for you, I guess.
Brionney's accomplishments:
1. She is walking all by herself.
2. She can say Mom. Dad comes out now and then but we've been working on Mom lots!
3. She sleeps 8-9 hours a night.
4. She loves to dance. Any music will set her body to wigglin', including at music at church.
5. She loves her big brother and follows him all over the house.
6. Brionney loves to talk and giggle. If she's awake just follow her voice and she can be found.
7. She can climb stairs with no problems. It is rather common to find she has escaped the apartment and can be found upstairs. She is still mastering coming back down them by herself.
Happy Birthday Beautiful! We love you so much.
